P.E. Wallace Middle School

P.E. Wallace Middle School was an innovative schoolhouse designed and built in 1960.  It was not air-conditioned and was human scaled

in the extreme.  While we have made numerous upgrades over the years, MPISD directed POTTER to completely re-fresh the facility

and provide a more secure main entry.

 

We removed porous exterior steel curtain wall, replacing with insulating glass aluminum curtain wall.  We installed a new roof and provided

an entirely new interior scheme, protecting the quality terrazzo floor.  And, we provided a new prominent entry Lobby to amplify the

brand of the campus.
