POTTER worked with the Superintendent and Citizen's Advisory Commitee to establish a scope of work to replace and renovate aged

facilities District - wide.  The resulting Facilities Survey and Needs Assessment designed a $45 million bond program in 2004 and a

subsequent $7.5 million program in 2005.  POTTER provided support in preparing bond information materials and leading public

forums.

The successful referendum included a new 112,500 sf Middle school to serve the 5th and 6th grade students.
