POTTER worked with the Superintendent and Citizen's Advisory Committee to establish a scope of work to replace and renovate aged

facilities District - wide.  The resulting Facilities Survey and Needs Assessment designed a $45 million bond program in 2004 and a

subsequent $7.5 million program in 2005.  POTTER provided support in preparing bond information materials and leading public

forums.

 

The successful referendum included a new CoEd competition game court and a practice court, with 1,300 fixed concrete seats, 800 telescoping bleacher seats, coed locker facilities and support services.
